FREE SHIPPING AUSTRALIA WIDE on all orders over AUD$50.00
Orders under $50.00 will have a Flat Rate Delivery of $9.00 around Australia.
Express Post Delivery is also an option at checkout.

We use reliable and efficient courier services to enable you to receive your package promptly and securely.
Delivery within Australia is 1-5 business days depending on postcode zone.
Please specify a business hours address for delivery of your Rocks & Leather package.
This allows for prompt and more secure delivery of your purchase.
Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following business day.

Once your parcel has been dispatched you will be emailed a tracking number allowing you to follow up on where your order is.

Registered Post Shipping for International orders @ Flat Rate of AUD$25.00
International Express Post Delivery is also an option at checkout.

Rocks & Leather are not responsible for payment of any customs duties, taxes (if applicable) in the destination country.
Rocks & Leather must comply with Australian export regulation and we are required by law to declare the exact value of all items, order and mark them as “dutiable
We are prohibited by law from making order as a “gift”, even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.


We want you to love your Rocks & Leather merchandise and purchase with confidence from our collections.
Items purchased from Rocks & Leather are eligible for refund or exchange for change of mind if returned within 7 days of purchase.
Products must be in original condition of purchase, undamaged, unworn and still in the original packaging with all tags in place.
Jewellery pouches form part of your purchase and must be returned in perfect condition.
Due to the natural variation in leather, some colours may vary slightly.
For change of mind we cannot cover the postage costs.

You are welcome to return online items by post within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please request via email a Returns and Exchanges Form to be completed with return package.
Please enclose a copy of your original receipt together with the merchandise.

As Rocks & Leather is not liable for the loss or damage of merchandise being returned, we suggest that you pack items adequately and use registered mail.
Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to return the item.
If the Return is due to a faulty or incorrect item, Rocks & Leather will gladly refund, or exchange for the same style or exchange for another product as well as cover the postage cost.
We will refund your purchase within 7 business days of receiving the return.
Refunds are issued through the same transaction method used to make the original purchase.
